Purchase of mailed goods/Sending parcels
You can also send the goods directly to us in a parcel using a postal service or forwarding company. Please make sure to include the cover note and to pack the goods securely.
We will weigh the goods after receiving them. If the goods can be readily analysed, we will immediately inform you of the determined value by mail or, if required, by e-mail.
If the received goods need to be processed to determine the value (sweeps, filters, sludges, slags, powders etc.), we will confirm receipt of your shipment and will inform you of the expected processing time. As soon as the analysis is complete, we will contact you to discuss the payment details.
Indicate on the precious metal cover note whether you prefer receiving a cheque or want to have the amount transferred to an account.
